TechBrains is a Managed Service Provider founded in 2009 by Reef Wilson with a single focus: providing personalized enterprise-class IT support to businesses and non-profits at prices that make sense. As our clients grew, so did we.
What started as a local break-fix shop quickly expanded. By 2015, we were offering comprehensive Managed Services across the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond, supporting professional services firms, growing businesses, non-profits, and other organizations that needed reliable IT without the overhead of a full in-house team.
Today, TechBrains serves clients across the country with the same hands-on approach we started with. We're a small, tight-knit team—and that's by design. Reef founded TechBrains in 2009. With over 30 years of experience, Reef's expertise spans all areas of IT. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, snowboarding, golf, live music, and gardening.

Brian came to TechBrains in 2016. After running his own IT Support company for 15 years, Brian moved to California to pursue bigger dreams. Happily married with a nice house and great job – mission accomplished!
Kevin
IT Support Engineer
Kevin joined TechBrains in 2019, bringing a patient, thorough approach to IT support and hands-on experience across a range of technology. A tinkerer by nature, his recent hobby projects include homelab infrastructure and self-hosted AI.
